Australian rental crisis edit
I have two proposals:
(1) to rename this article 'Australian rental market' to incorporate commercial rentals; it seems it would be better to incorporate that here than split it across another page
(2) I propose to create a new article called 'Australian rental crisis' that will be able to capture the political debate/issues/nuances of the crisis in a way more appropriate than this page which has a namespace that implies it is about Australian rentals more generally. (To avoid an 'undue weight' issue).
