Standardise the various notes edit

The notes about incidents and injuries should either be formatted consistently and left as "footnotes" below each of the tables, or alternatively we should simply add a section of prose explaining the incidents properly. Roger (talk) 18:47, 9 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
