Notable cases necessary? edit

Is the "Notable cases" section really necessary? I find that it is a constantly changing roster with much subjectivity surrounding notability Schmloof (talk) 19:34, 20 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps we should keep only the most notable individuals? --Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 20:02, 20 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I came here with the intention of making the same point, its very long so under WP:BRD, I'm going to cut it down. GainLine 13:49, 9 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Cause edit

What is the exact cause of athletic pubalgia - trauma or overuse? GregorB (talk) 16:09, 27 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

MRI use edit

The section on MRI use needs better reference. I removed one to MLB.com but about.com also doesn't qualify as a proper scientific source. --Derkarts (talk) 16:53, 23 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Good references edit

Three really good references are from William C. Meyers and co-authors:

These papers treat athletic pubalgia as a diagnosis encompassing many diverse conditions (18 distinct categories of underlying injury) tied together by their anatomical location and connection to the pubic joint. I'll take what I can from these to update the article soon, but just posting these here in case anyone else wants to have a go at it. Sancho 18:20, 25 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
