Notable cases necessary?

Is the "Notable cases" section really necessary? I find that it is a constantly changing roster with much subjectivity surrounding notability Schmloof (talk) 19:34, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

These papers treat athletic pubalgia as a diagnosis encompassing many diverse conditions (18 distinct categories of underlying injury) tied together by their anatomical location and connection to the pubic joint.
