YouTube links edit

This article is one of thousands on Wikipedia that have a link to YouTube in it. Based on the External links policy, most of these should probably be removed. I'm putting this message here, on this talk page, to request the regular editors take a look at the link and make sure it doesn't violate policy. In short: 1. 99% of the time YouTube should not be used as a source. 2. We must not link to material that violates someones copyright. If you are not sure if the link on this article should be removed or you would like to help spread this message contact us on this page. Thanks, ---J.S (t|c) 03:18, 10 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

A more representative photograph? edit

A. ceratophora is the "horned bush viper," so it seems reasonable to expect that the article would include a photograph that shows the horns. The photo currently residing in the article is nice and dramatic, but doesn't really show us what the snake looks like (except from the point of view of prey, at the moment before impact, perhaps).

I have a photo that does show the horns, and judging by the markings, is probably of the same specimen. But I don't know the photo's source (except for the possibility that it's by the same source as the current photo). Would I be justified in editing the article to include this one as well? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.218.49.189 (talk) 05:59, 24 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
