Different than "Assembly (CLI)"? edit
Is this any different than Assembly (CLI)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.77.49.26 (talk) 04:29, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Not AFAIK. François Robere (talk) 14:37, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
Charp edit
Is this usage of "assembly" peculiar to just the Csharp language or are there any other mainstream development tools that refer to their object code as anything like "assembly"? If it's peculiar to only this one language, then that salient fact should be prominent in the lede. If it's only this one language that uses that term, then that was an extremely poor choice of name (not to be confused with Real assembly). 49.180.157.49 (talk) 01:58, 17 June 2019 (UTC)
