Basic criteria

Checked the article for the quickfail criteria per WP:GAFAIL, and there is nothing in this article that would warrant a quickfail. No copyright violation signs, no cleanup banners or tags, and no edit warring. Prose review

• "In the English dub, he was voiced by Veronica Taylor in the first eight seasons and has been voiced by Sarah Natochenny since the ninth season." → "In the English dub, he was voiced by Veronica Taylor in the first eight seasons and Sarah Natochenny afterwards."
• Move the third paragraph to be the second one (basically, move the criticism to before how popular he got)
• "Named after creator Satoshi Tajiri, Satoshi, whose name can be taken to mean "wisdom" or "reason", was designed by Atsuko Nishida, and intended to represent how Tajiri was as a child, obsessed with catching bugs, reflecting who he was as a kid." → "Ash was design by Atsuko Nishida, and named after creator Satoshi Tajiri. The character was designed to represent how Tajiri was as a child, obsessed with catching bugs."
• "Ash's main goal is to become a "Pokémon Master," and as a result often attempts to defeat the Pokémon League- a competition of the strongest Trainers in a given region- in whatever region he is in." Use − instead of -
• Reception doesn't seem to have any issues, but I'll probably run another quick skim before passing anyways.

Source review

• Please use better sources if possible. In my opinion, they are acceptable enough for this subject (especially considering VG/S and the animanga sources page), but please keep in mind that if you plan on taking this article any further, or plan on maintaining it, unvetted/questionable sources such as Comicbook or Cinemablend should be swapped out if possible.
• Anywho, I spotchecked 10, 22, 25, and 29. They seem to verify the contents they are cited to.

@NegativeMP1 I've made the requested prose changes. I also ended up just removing the section cited with Comicbook and Cinemablend since it was pretty weak and trivial overall, and wasn't really too tied into the character's overall notability.
