I believe that this matter may be easily resolvable and have advised Mr. Christmas how to appropriately note the release at his website. (Ordinarily, I'd say in spite of the irregularities of this release it would be sufficient to demonstrate intent, but more specific language would probably be helpful here given that prior publication of the material at http://www.jabw.demon.co.uk/art03.htm indicates copyright is co-owned. License for re-use is appropriate, but release into public domain is not, without confirmation from the other party.) I've also pointed out to Mr. Christmas that once material is released here, he will lose control over it as per our ownership of articles policy. --Moonriddengirl ^(talk) 12:08, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
