Rewrite

In accordance with [1] the Wikipedia notes on writing about settlements, one of the recommendations is that, in order to reduce the number of stubs, villages and other settlements within a civil parish should be in one article. Hence the rewrite, and the proposal to merge the Upper Dicker article with this one Peter Shearan (talk) 06:22, 2 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
