Gemstone

Why?

I saw a fascinating telly program recently in which Michael Portillo looked at alternative methods of carrying out death sentences. His conclusion was "make the victim breathe nitrogen"! An argon/nitrogen mixture was also mentioned.

This article needs to explain the advantages of an Ar/N mixture over straight N for extinguishing fires - and for that matter extinguishing life. -- RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 22:45, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Copypaste

Parts of this article are copied from here http://www.chemetron.com/utcfs/Templates/Pages/Template-53/0,8062,pageId%3D62637%26siteId%3D5230,00.html but given that this article is also marked as 'written like a advertisement' I don't see chemetron (the only external link) complaining. What to do? It is copied but having the copied section is more informative than deleting it and it seems to be the greater good. What is the WP policy here? Not just written like a advert, this is a advert as can be seen from the above link. A related product Inergen has the same issues. IMHO a example of how to so this correctly is FM-200 which talks about the chemical and its effects and just notes trademarks for it. Mtpaley (talk) 17:51, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
