Party edit

I notice that someone has set up a 'Scottish Democrats' page mentioning Archie Stirling, and saying the new party is the name of his new party. Opportunity to tidy both and link together. Make this one about the person, and the other about the party once name is confirmed?

See http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/6528697.stm, it would appear the party is called "Scottish Voice". Not my thing though, can someone else edit it accordingly? And the article could do with a bit of un-biasing, "The right wing party and Stirling are backed by an unnamed group of like-minded people who are against the break up of the United Kingdom" in particular seems like its been copy pasted out of a "silent majority!" moment, cause we all know how well those groups do. Wording edit

"He is now married since 4 August 2000 in Southampton, Long Island, Suffolk County, New York, to Sharon Silver, of Manhattan, New York, New York"

This sentence is tantalisingly close to being written in English.165.225.76.55 (talk) 11:09, 21 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

"Millionaire theatrical producer" edit

Greetings Wikipedians! This phrase caught my eye. Could it have been written by someone close to Stirling going to excruciating lengths to highlight the man's wealth? It's crass, but I guess that's not adequate grounds to edit it out. But there's no citation to support the term "millionaire", so I've deleted it unless someone can come up with a credible secondary source. I've also refined the sentence cited under "Wording", since it's been out there for a year and nobody else has bothered. One of the citations later in the article supports millionaire so I've put that back in with a cross-reference. Fair play, eh? Apprentice Editor BuzzWeiser196 (talk) 18:32, 29 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
