• Advice & Help. I am not sure if I'm using this Talk Page correctly. I'm not to sure of how to properly cite references and sources. Please see what I've done with another entry, The Appraisal Foundation. Once someone approves and/or corrects that page, I should be able to tackle this page correctly. • Update Info. Sources and References and Footnotes will be added ASAP. As a new write, I made the mistake of creating four new articles over the same weekend. I've been involved with trying to address issues for those new articles that have been tagged for possible deletion. As I had done in re-writing and documenting my The Appraisal Foundation article, I'll properly cite & footnote this page with reliable "secondary sources" just ASAP.
