Seems like the article was once moved from the name "Ao Guang" to the title "Dragon King of the East Sea" and that was left unnoticed. Maybe, it should be moved back, along with the other Dragon Kings... but too unfamiliar with the topic. (Nevermind, just noticed the dragons have several names) I'll just reword it.
