Pinging @Kwamikagami:, @Austronesier:, and @Kanguole:. The ISO name is Anu-Hkongso, and there is no published source anywhere that says Anu-Khongso would be the better spelling. — Sagotreespirit (^talk) 03:02, 11 June 2020 (UTC)

"hk" is the convention for the transliteration of Burmese. It's counter-intuitive for most English-speakers, and so IMO should be avoided. If sources were split, I'd go with the intuitive spelling, "kh", but I see no evidence of that. We do use "kh" in the article, though, so if that can be justified the article should be moved to match. — kwami (talk) 04:18, 11 June 2020 (UTC)

• Oppose While not caring much about ISO-conventions, "(Anu-)Hkongso" is still the common name in the lit: "Hkongso" in Google scholar yields 29 hits, "Khongso" only three. Most hits for "Anu-Khongso" in a general Google search come from Joshua Project-pages, a notoriously non-RS. And FWIW, all "Kh" spellings were only recently introduced without citations. This is one of the moments where Stevey is felt missing. –Austronesier (talk) 07:59, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
