Birth date edit

Lede has 23 December (with source); infobox has 28 December. He died on 27 December, "the eve of his birthday", but this clashes with the lede. What's the truth? -- Jack of Oz ^{[pleasantries]} 23:26, 28 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Someone has an update stating it was 1928 but this is clearly impossible as it is listed in the births for 1924 as registered in the customs house documents.
