Lidocaine section edit

Obviously, there is much more to this person's biography than the lidocaine incident and the rest will be supplied in the course of time. However, since Millward described the incident as the worst experience of her athletic career, to not mention it would be a bit censorious, not to mention a violation of NPOV.
