with no corroborating details for the "traditional" 7th century dating of the 8 churches attributed to St Magnus ... a tourism site remarks "believed to have been founded in 416AD by the Lord of Padua’s wife" ... which is about 9 centuries off for an extant title "Lords of Padua" ... though according to Timeline of Padua, Patavium had been a diocese of the RCC since 350 (and according to other pages, since "3rd century" but with zero dates cited) but I see no pages detailing Roman Padua as of yet. Can anyone find anything lending credibility to the tourism site? https://www.bellavitatravels.com/churches-of-venice/ TheNuszAbides (talk) 19:20, 1 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
