edit@EditQwerty: Subject is notable per WP:MILPEOPLE as a general officer with combat command. Nomination for A1 was made too soon because the article was not fully written yet, and G11 does not apply because this is not an advertisement and contains information unfavourable to the long-dead subject. --Kges1901 (talk) 12:36, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
