Is this the same as A.V.M.J.B. Harvey of Scouts Canada, who was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting in 1974? Chris 05:45, 25 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
