Guaranteed minimum income edit

  • The APPD was the first German party to propagate the idea of guaranteed minimum income, with its idea of a "youth pension", long before this concept entered the realm of mainstream political discussion.

This does not seem correct. The party's proposal seems to be the introduction of a 'youth pension' at the expense of the older citizens. The propaganda is not easy to read though. Guido den Broeder (talk) 23:40, 6 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Indeed, the proposed "youth pension" was not an idea of minimal income, but rather the (fun) idea to "move" the pension from lives end to lives beginning. The rationale was that young people are made to have fun, so should get money for free, while old people (who are not made to have fun in the view of the APPD) should work until death to finance the youngsters making party ;-) Best Regards, Hansi —Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.253.211.143 (talk) 14:54, 1 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

After having read the german article and the english one, I must say, the english really seem to be like the one who wrote the english one really really hated the APPD. --83.99.58.171 (talk) 19:16, 13 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Translation edit

Asozialen is more like 'bums' (USA) or 'tramps' (UK) Saufen= boozing. 'Drinking' is way too general and neutral. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.0.251.182 (talk) 12:13, 17 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

"Asozial" ist a term coined by the National Socialism. It is derogatory for people unwilling to work, alcoholics, homeless etc., these prople were put into concentration camps. Many punks adopt this derogatory term as a label for their identity. --84.137.185.59 (talk) 21:18, 3 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
