Nationality \ Ethnicity

Some clarification is needed towrds his nationality vs. his ethnicity. When I saw the text saying that he was “Bengali”, my first interpretation was that he was Bangladeshi, when the remaining article makes us deduce that he was, in fact, Indian. What are we talking about here?

This section: Ananda Shankar's only Tamil film as the Music director. Thanks to Mr.Sridhar of Chitralaya (Dil ek Mandhir, Dharthi, Pyar Kiye Ja) who brought Ananda Shanker to do this Tamil Film. </ref>Ananda Shankar's only Tamil film as the Music director. There is a larger than normal gap in between paragraphs. My assumption is someone may be editing this; I am uncertain.
