Route 66? edit

Which, if any, of the three "Amity, Ohio"s was the setting of the Route 66 episode "Welcome to Amity"? This is bearing in mind that even if the episode was not actually shot in Amity itself, the filming locale could've been intended to represent one of them, probably one nearby.
