Heritage - Background

Alofiana Kahn-Pereira is NOT in anyway of Sri Lankan descent.

Anyone who is editing his background column on this Wikipedia page does not know him, his family or identity personally.

I have been asked personally by him as a close family member to ask whoever is changing his heritage to Sri Lankan to respectfully STOP!

He is of Aboriginal, Samoan and Pakistani decent. ONLY!

As a professional sportsman in the NRL he does not want to be identified from a country that is not from, never claimed to be or ever represented.

He will be uploading a social media post in the near future of his heritage identity to prove to whoever has no idea who he is, what nationality he is and represents.

He will ONLY be representing the Aboriginal people of Australia. The Pacific Island nation of Samoa and the Pakistani people.

As he always has.

Yes I have 100% confirmation of his source. I am the one that keeps changing it back to Samoan. I am an immediate family member.

Pakistani = KHAN

Samoan = PEREIRA

Mother is ABORIGINAL/PAKISTANI

Father is SAMOAN/NEW ZEALANDER

I have no idea why someone keeps changing his heritage to Sri Lankan. But it is disrespectful to not only him and our family but also to the people of Sri Lanka. He told me he talked to the guy that keeps changing the page. He said he didn't have the heart to tell the person he was wrong. He does not like confrontation. Trust me mate. Anyways. I don't know what delusional path or what your intention is. But he isn't Sri Lankan. It's disrespectful and just wrong what your doing. Will just have to wait for him or the titans to clear everything up. It's your fault that they announced it wrong during the live broadcast because they most likely looked at this page and saw that you put it on here.

So now he and the family have to go out of our way to correct it.
