Poor Phrasing? edit
"Due to the sharp decline in the need for psychiatric hospitals, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare closed the hospital." There has been no decline in need for psychiatric hospital, only a decline in funding. While there have been changes in who should be hospitalized and why, there is a national shortage of psychiatric in patients beds. 2601:640:C684:7610:ADE6:278D:25AC:4EBE (talk) 05:19, 25 October 2023 (UTC)
