Repeated addition of irelevant detail into lead edit

A number of IPv4 addresses have repeatedly been adding the same, identical unnecessary detail to the lead of this article in the form of a poorly-worded statement of who is this organisation's media coordinator (diff). This suggests coordinated editing by someone with a WP:COI. This information does not seem to me to be all necessary for this article, and should be removed unless consensus amongst editors is that it is relevant, and should stay. Please express your views below as to whether this edit should remain, or be removed. Nick Moyes (talk) 16:01, 9 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Irrelevant addition Wikipedia is not a soapbox for self promotional edits and I even couldn't even find even a single reliable source for this non-notable name as per WP:RS requirment. I think name should be omitted since the source of pakvoter.org which is being cited repeteadly is junk one and page should be requested to be protected temporally as for protection.Wallu2 (talk) 17:29, 9 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
I don’t think the pakvoter.org website (Part of CPDI Pakistan) is especially unreliable, just that trivia from it isn’t necessary. Equally, I don’t think disruption has get to a level where semi-protection is needed. Nick Moyes (talk) 20:55, 11 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
Relevant addition I reject your opinion Wallu2 (talk) because I think the pakvoter.org website is junk but the reference to the official website of Allah Akbar Tehreek is meaningful. Accordingly, these edits are valid and should not be removed. I am also giving the link of the official website of the political party for your information. Link of official Website page. In my opinion and reference, the organisation's media coordinator should not be removed but the official website of Allah Akbar Tehreek should be used as a source instead of the pakvoter.org in the reference.--39.40.220.183 (talk) 09:24, 26 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
Unless there's concesnsus against it, I am OK seeing a link to pakvoter.org in the 'External links' section, but knowing the name of organisation's media organiser is quite irrelevant to this encyclopaedia, so should not be added into the article. That is the purpose of external links - to allow people to go from the encyclopaedia and find further topic, changeable and often trivial detail on an external website. The post of Media Coordinator and Head of the Membership Portal has been verified [1] (link) and this information must be registered without which the information of any political party is not complete in the article so it is appropriate and necessary to write it. It would be better to look at the relevant articles of other political parties for reference to this information. As far as I have seen, such information has been given by all Pakistani political parties. Give me your openions!!! --119.155.245.208 (talk) 12:41, 26 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
This is irrelevant. There are many things that are required by law to register a company or political party has zero impact on whether stating that information on Wikipedia is necessary, or that Wikipedia has to carry it. This is WP:TRIVIA. Just saying the same thing from multiple IP addresses does not create a consensus. If you are the Media Coordinator and/or Head of Membership, kindly declare your connection to this party. Either way, kindly register for an account so that we have one user commenting from one account, not multiple IP addresses, as seems to be happening here. Thank you.
