All-America or All-American?

Table updates

Is it an award or a title?

In other words: Do you become an All-America City for one year or forever? And if it's the latter, can the title be revoked, e.g. in case of severe missmanagement? 2.203.201.61 (talk) 23:18, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
