Her Middle Name edit
This article formally listed "Deann" as her middle name however the new user called "StephsheardUK" has just removed it. I'm assuming this is the same user who just asked Ali Hillis herself on Twitter about her middle name and Ms Hillis promptly denied that is is "Deann". IMDb lists it as Deann but if Ms Hillis herself denies it then it's probably best to leave it out for now. Agreed? Stenun (talk) 20:18, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
Regarding the deletion of the page edit
It is to my understanding that the page was previously deleted due to blatant copyright infringement from another website. What was exactly the site it was plagiarized from? I tried to create a replacement page, but information about the actress is at best miniscule, and what could have been done to fix the first iteration of the page? - I've contested the speedy deletion, as I don't believe this actress is so non-notable as to warrant speedy removal, however her notability may be questioned by another editor - as you say yourself information about her is miniscule, and that usually indicates non-notability. The previous version was copied directly from http://www.flixster.com/actor/ali-hillis and the Internet Movie Database. I've removed the text copied from the IMDB entry in this version, please don't add text from other websites. --Canley (talk) 09:33, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

The expansion will definitely need some work especially with the paraphrasing of IMDB and Flixter. I'm not really familiar with the history of the page that got deleted and found it too random for the speedy deletion to happen. Thanks for the 411 though.Dibol (talk) 09:45, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
- Hi, I'm the admin who deleted the page previously. The previous version of the page was copied directly from flixster, and therefore met our speedy criteria (in fact, I had no choice but to delete it). This version is fine - there is arguably a notability concern, but I agree it's not grounds for an A7 speedy. Best of luck recuperating the article.
