This version of this article has substantial flaws. Generally, it is not sourced. Specifically, it purports to describe 2 entirely different definitions (see #Split). The first refers to Horatio Alger whose article does not contain the term; and the second refers to Russell A. Alger but gives a different definition ("any military financial scandal that, through short-cuts or substitutions of shoddy material, brings harm to a nation's own military personnel and/or results in political scandal") to that in the biography article ("the claimed incompetence of the army, especially as compared to the more stellar performance of the navy"). I'm going to respond to what looks very much like WP:OR by reducing this page to a simple 2-entry disambiguation page. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 07:09, 21 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
