Inappropriate tone tag

I added an inappropriate-tone tag because much of the article sounds like a promotion of this person, e.g. "he appears as a man of exacting taste", and he's an "active, hard-working man". Please don't add all these superlatives, his accomplishments should speak for itself. Thank you.
