Luigi De Ponti?

The Moka's system is not working by percolation but more generally by infusion. In fact the percolation exploits the gravity and its direction is top->bottom.

Biographical information about Alfonso Bialetti?

This is an article about Alfonso Bialetti yet it reads more like an advertisement for a moka pot or Bialetti moka pot brand ad.
