Albóndigas are not only Mexican! There seems to be a difference between Spanish and Mexican albóndigas, the article should probably tell about this. In Spain they also meatballs, but the do not have rice (bread is often used instead) and the meat used is rather pork or beef, or a mixture. El perseguidor (talk) 10:15, 24 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
