Change OF Page Name edit

It's Officially Ala Vaikuntapuramloo Kumar8121 (talk) 05:53, 15 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Kumar8121: It's officially Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, even though the proper transliteration would be "Ala Vaikunthapuramulo". But since they released their media in that way, that misspelling stuck, and we have to use it now. Getsnoopy (talk) 07:13, 24 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

The term ala in film title is commonly mistaken by telugu users with alaa meening that way. But in the film title the term ala stands for, that famous. So the translation of the name should be in that famous vaikuntapuram. and viakuntapuram can be loosely translated to god's abode or lord vishnu's home. So, a better translation is, in that famous house of lord Vishnu.

‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ bags the highest TRP on Telugu television edit

Please mention that ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ bags the highest TRP on Telugu television. Source Man Floor (talk) 04:33, 29 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may add that fact to the article, explaining what TRP is and finding a synonym for "bags". Be sure to cite a relible source as an inline citation.--Quisqualis (talk) 05:55, 26 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Ensemble cast edit

@Wonderfully4312: Re this edit, Ensemble cast is the one which "multiple principal actors and performers who are typically assigned roughly equal amounts of screen time." That is hardly the case in this film. Labelling ensemble cast as supporting roles goes against the very definition of an ensemble cast. Please seek consensus before making such changes. Thanks -- Ab207 (talk) 05:09, 26 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Wonderfully4312: Re this edit, please note that starring parameter is only for top-billed cast on screen credits per Template:Infobox film. In this case, only Allu Arjun is billed at the beginning while rest are credited at the end. We already made an exception for 5 other cast members. Anything more will only be a starring bloat. Wrong translation of Title in lead ? edit

I think the meaning of this film's title is - Came to Vaikunthapuramaloo or Entered in Vaikunthapuramaloo. If any Telugu friends are reading this, corrected the wrong translation and give your opinion. Success think (talk) 16:57, 19 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Can confirm that "There in Vaikunthapuram" is accurate. -- Ab207 (talk) 07:43, 20 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
