Isn't Evo Morales Ayma one of the winner in 2000? (written "Ivomor Ellis Ima") I've noticed several sources got it wrong, but Libyan news agency lists "LE MILITANT BOLIVIEN DE LA GENERATION DES AMERIDIENS EVO MAURALIS EMA". I think the fact that the prize is a counterweight to the Nobel Peace Prize (http://www.weeklystandard.com/Content/Public/Articles/000/000/012/198ikivt.asp) needs to be elaborated. Maybe that explains the questionable selection? Anyway, there are other things in the article (link in previous sentence) that should go into this page.
