Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

meaning of the name edit

Just a comment regarding the meaning of Ain-el-Hilwi, in arabic Ain has two meanings, eye or water spring, hilwi also may have more than a meaning depending what it is describing, if its describing water, then it might be translated as (pure), so i guess the real meaning would be ( the pure spring) as short for (land of the pure water spring) especially since there used to be some water springs in the past.213.42.2.11 05:23, 10 August 2006 (UTC)noseyReply
