Desgraupes report edit
I've removed the following text because I struggled to understand/translate/verify it:
In July 1991, a report presented by Pierre Desgraupes to the Senior Council on Nuclear Information (the Desgraupes Report) suggère que l'Andra soit mieux associée à la gestion des déchets radioactifs, y compris les stériles miniers, le statut de cet organisme (article 2 de l'arrêté du 7 novembre 1979) lui donnant d'ailleurs compétence sur toutes les opérations de gestion à long terme des déchets radioactifs.[1]
My translation would be "[The Desgraupes report] suggests that Andra would be best placed to manage radioactive wastes comprising tailings, since its statute gives it competence over all long term management of radioactive wastes." Is that really what the report says? I can't find such a statement at the wikiwix link but it is only an extract (and also my French is rather rusty).
