Fair use rationale for Image:RicardoArjona-Adentro.jpg

Image:RicardoArjona-Adentro.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

• I re-titled this section because the sub-section wasn't needed (too small) and included more background information than compositional information.
• These sentences - The song received negative response due to its theme, on which the singer commented that the song had "the most beautiful lyrics from Adentro,"[7][8] further stating that "more than hitting me, they [the criticism] saddens me."[8] He also stated that "criticism is a symptom of envy. - Lack clarity and seem to be translated from Spanish. I suggest removing it completely or re-structure the sentencing and move it to the critical reception section, where it belongs.
