Unclear explanation in "Symbiosis" section

"When [the bacterium] ends up in a male, it will die when the male dies. Therefore, it kills most of the male embryos in the newly laid eggs."

Wherefore "therefore"? That the bacterium dies when the male dies wouldn't naturally lead to males' death before hatching. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cognita (talk • contribs) 04:39, 12 May 2009 (UTC)

Naming inconsistency.

This creature is randomly refered to as a ladybird, ladybird beetle, lady beetle and ladybug throughout the article. We really ought to settle on just one name (and mention its aliases at the start). The oldest version of the article uses both "lady beetle" and "ladybird". (My personal preference, being British, is "ladybird", and the original version seems to be in Commonwealth English, so that would probably be the most appropriate). In any case, I'll make sure all version of the name are listed in the introduction, and will sort out a standard name later, unless someone else beats me to it.
