  • ... that in times of food scarcity, the collared sand anemone may consume the symbiotic zooxanthellae in its tissues? Source: "Cette observation suggère que l'anémone est capable de digérer régulièrement ses propres zooxanthelles, ce serait même sa principale source de nourriture, avec une capture accessoire de proies animales."

  •   The article was created seven days before the nomination, is long enough, and complies with the relevant policies (no detectable plagiarism, neutral, dense use of inline-citations). Both hooks are within the character limit; both facts are in the article and are backed up by a French-language source which they reflect accurately. Boot are fine though I personally lean towards ALT1 because it's more easily understood by a broader audience. QPQ confirmed. Modussiccandi (talk) 12:58, 20 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Front page reference doesn't match article? edit

Today Wikipedia's front page says, "... that in times of food scarcity, the collared sand anemone may consume the symbiotic zooxanthellae in its tissues?" This article does not say anything about food scarcity. Many corals do, in fact, consume their symbionts when food is scarce. Confusion? IAmNitpicking (talk) 12:20, 30 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Seems OK to me. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 19:40, 30 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
