I do not agree Lichtenvoorde and Borculo is of anymore importance then towns like Aalten or Lochem... Maybe delete those two villages or make a subsection with towns/cities in the Achterhoek?

Lichtenvoorde and Borculo are not the names of a municipality, Lichtenvoorde belongs to Oost Gelre and Borculo is a part of Berkelland.
