Dying? edit
The summary says that Control "is dying, having been touched by the Crawler." My impression from the story is that his touching the Crawler begins rapidly transforming him into some sort of animal, and that his tremendous willpower causes him to race down towards the door at the bottom of the Tower and leap through it as a last semi-human impression of mission.
I listened to acceptance as an audiobook, and I can't go back and check the content right now. Is there strong support in the text for the idea that Control is dying, rather than changing? Jsamans (talk) 15:32, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
