Hello @Loginnigol: do you have any sources that use the name Abyssinian hairless dog? Because I have just reconfirmed and none use that name. The alternate used in all three sources is Abyssinian sand terrier or Abyssinian sand dog are used. Cavalryman (talk) 19:32, 23 November 2021 (UTC).Reply

They are not extinct just critically endangered. They can still be found in Angola and a few thinly spread through South Africa. Please update that. If intervention is not done the breed will go extinct. Please bring awareness!! 41.13.194.55 (talk) 23:07, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
