WP and non-english language source articles edit

I can safely assume that a great amount of WP English articles are on subjects that have long interested those that understand English and have produced works/sources in that language but that sets up WP English to be a "ethnocentric" body of information that does not give those who only understand English a better understanding of what might in the world be significant to others, especially to the growing Latin/Hispanic population here in the US. WP should have a mechanism that enables people whose primary language is not English but have the capability to get across the nuance of non-English sources for articles in subjects/articles that concern other than the English source articles or European interests. Is this something that exists in WP already and if not how can it be brought about?GinAndChronically (talk) 06:33, 22 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
