Why "a worse quality of life" than LAR? edit

Section 'Relation to low anterior resection (LAR)' states that APR gives, in general, a worse quality of life than LAR, but gives no justification for this claim. Reasons are needed, as this is not obvious and may not even be true. Also not mentioned is that many LAR patients have a temporary or permanent Ileostomy resulting in the use of a pouch, similar to an APR Ostomy pouch.
