This may be true in one form or other, but Crossness Pumping Station in London also fits this description! However, I assume the difference between them is that Crossness' engines are not working. (line now edited to suit!)

The Not Co-ords point to Everdon Hall The Better ones are found using MultiMap with Post Code=LE4 5PE
