Politiki Kouzina Cookbook? edit

Besides everything else, Politiki Kouzina should be be a particularly sophisticated way of greek cooking. There are some restaurants that claim they do kouzina politiki style cooking, (I know one in Frankfurt am Main in Germany). They did so before 2005, so they did't just call it because of the film. But, - are there no cookbooks? And politiki kouzina cooking is never mentioned in restaurant guides. Why? Is there a different term for it?
