Aye Nyein PhyuA Nyein Phyu – the previous name is better, and official name per verified Facebook Her name is 'A' Nyein Phyu (In Burmese ဧငြိမ်းဖြူ) not 'Aye' Nyein Phyu (အေးငြိမ်းဖြူ). see also [1]. MyanmaMeidaw (talk) 07:53, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Article name edit

Dear Hybernator, Thanks for your work on this article. You are so smart editor and one of the two only my idols on Wikipedia, another one is User:Hintha. Because of your creation and expansion of many articles relating to Myanmar History and Burmese royal family. I want to explain about her name, her official name is A (ဧ) not Aye (အေး). See also her official Facebook name [2]. "Re-flim the radio cinematic" means examples [3] [4]. I don't know how to call these things like english! I asked one of the film directors what these films were call?, he said these are called "Re-flim the radio cinematic". How do you think? MyanmaMeidaw (talk) 05:02, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • As I'm sure you know, both ဧ and အေး are homophones, and the common transliteration for both is Aye (or E in the old days, as in Dora Than E). I'd pronounce A in "A Nyein Phyu" as "အာ" ([à]) or as a schwa ([ə] (as in အမေ), not ဧ/အေး ([é]). That said, if that's the English spelling (by extension the romanized spelling) she herself has chosen, of course, that's her prerogative. But your Facebook link doesn't work, and I can't verify if that's true.
  • Re: "re-film the radio cinematic", still don't know what that means. I did take a look at your links. All I see are videos, and I still don't get how they are different from any other poorly produced Burmese videos.
  • Last but not least, I suspect that you're a sock puppet of Emily Khine. As much as I'd like more Burmese editors on Wiki—especially those with a good command of English—you have to follow the rules. Sock puppetry is completely out of bounds. Hybernator (talk) 19:27, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Hybernator: Thanks for your explain. I'm a keeper of articles relating to Burmese artists and entertainers. I've improved many Burmese artist articles throughout my life. I just have no wiki account, this is public ip! You know that there are only a few Burmese editors on en-wiki. Do not forget that I am only active full-time in Myanmar wiki project, I doing only good things on wiki. Thank you so much sir. Best regards 37.111.8.167 (talk) 20:12, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
