I've removed Doctrine of signatures - because although relevant to witchcraft, it isn't an especially major theme of the book, nor mentioned at all in the article; Witch trial - because the referenced article is about actual witch trials, which are very much different from the fictional ones in the book (those partake more of sheepdog trials); and Hive mind - which is unrelated to the book, noting that the "hiver" almost certainly takes its name from a word meaning "winter", not from "hive mind", and as described in the book is very much different from a hive mind. 129.97.79.144 20:46, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Character descriptions

We have a description, at the moment, "Granny Weatherwax - The most powerful witch who is looked up to by all the other witches." Canon has it that Granny isn't as 'powerful' as Nanny Ogg (not featured in the cast list, but who also may not "look up" to her, per se, in the books they do appear together) just that she puts far more effort in. Adding the words "Considered to be..." might be one option. Or "...in this book...". Or just "A very powerful/forceful witch..." or something. 149.254.186.103 (talk) 16:32, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
