Before the baton?

Founded in 1976 - by Kevin Parsons. OK, but elsewhere described a subsidiary or sister company of Paris Theodore's Seventrees Ltd, (see: http://www.nysun.com/obituaries/paris-theodore-63-inventor-of-spy-weaponry/44151/) and a maker of a range of clandestine gadgets.
