External links edit

Formatting: I think it'd look better with just bold or italic text rather than new headings for the link categories: 1 link under a heading looks a little OTT!

Confussed edit

I assume, in the example, that the link farm is the hijacking website and that the target website is smallshoes.net. I'm a little confussed, though, at how the link farm website could make smallshoes.net give a 302 redirect to the link farm. Are they both owned by the same person or did the owner of the link farm break into smallshoes.net's website and make it so that whenever the referer was Google, they'd be redirected to the link farm (in essence, cloaking the website)? Merge Proposal → Page Hijacking edit

This article just seems to advertise "GoogleJacking.org" and the owners "smallshoes.net" - Besides that it is very confusing, the introductory paragraph makes no sense, and from what I understood, it just explains the concepts on page hijacking, taking Google as a prominent example. --Zabadab 15:21, 14 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. Suggest merge into pagejacking article and feature googlejacking as a case study. Please proceed unless anyone objects. --Etienne 07:27, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
