Two rounds and constitution of 2014 edit

It's said on this page that the election take place under a two round system, based on the proposed draft constitution of 2014 [1], but as far as I know, the 2015 Tanzanian constitutional referendum attempt never happened. The Constitution of Tanzania page doesn't mention such a recent change having been made. Isn't the election still on first past the post?--Aréat (talk) 23:59, 14 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

You are correct, it still remains to be first past the post. I will fix this in this article and the 2015 version. Sputink (talk) 01:41, 15 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Zanzibar Presidental Election edit

Should the Zanzibar Presidential election get its own page or should it be roped into this on with its own section? It does not seem like anyone has made one in a while. Wanted to confirm before I made more pages. Template:Zanzibari elections Sputink (talk) 16:07, 21 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Sputink: I don't see a problem with a separate article on the Zanzibari elections. Sorry, I did see your message some time ago, but haven't got round to it yet. Cheers, Number 57 21:10, 21 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
