B: If a company wins €1 million by allocating €2 millions tax payers is it according to human rights and conference goals?
- fear business pays its costs and do not distort the markets
- carbon tax to all carbon nationally including construction, air traffic and export could be remedy to market problems. What was the conference outcome?
